MEDICAL CITY

In the fight against COVID-19, may countries are cooperating in R&D and production of COVID-19 related products. This initiative of opportunity of building a Medical City in Dubai and a concept of multiple-cooperation cities between the countries will comprise the following projects:

Major Projects:

1) Build a National medical imaging network

2) In vitro diagnostic R&D and Manufacturing hub

3) Joint laboratory of plant-based materials and application

4) Health Screening Centre and Wellness Experience Hall

5) Manufacturing of Medical device and equipment

The brief proposal of projects:

National medical image network includes a. a medical imaging and processing center; b. a medical sample and algorithm center in Kuala Lumpur; and c. a few medical imaging service centers throughout Dubai

Wellness Experience Hall, adopts a very much different model from the normal healthcare products and retail stores, focus on non-chemical products and stem cell therapeutics

Establishment of a medical equipment factory, include the following medical equipments in two stages:

a. Stage 1: distributed cloud imaging CT and high-precision breast CT; and

b. Stage 2: distributed DR, MRI, ECG and other imaging equipment.

Virtual Reality - Impacting Medical Industry

In the field of medical intelligence, we propose the cooperation between medical institutions and experts as follows: a. medical big data, medical image samples and medical image artificial intelligence; and b. establish a medical image network demonstration project in Dubai.
